Since 2013, I have held various positions that have strengthened my ability to provide clients with a seamless experience at SFL. As an Office Administrator, my focus is ensuring that clients are comfortable communicating with the firm and confident in the processes that go along with family law matters. My role entails many different tasks involved in helping the office run smoothly, as well as keeping clients and employees satisfied.
I graduated with an Honours Bachelor’s degree from Ryerson University in 2018 and wanted to work in an environment that prioritizes professionalism and compassion when interacting with clients. It became clear to me very quickly that SFL embodies those qualities and reflects my enthusiasm for providing clients with high quality service. Being confident that the firm shares my values motivates me to continuously ensure that client needs are put first.
My position at SFL allows me to perform different tasks and support a variety of the firm’s administration and finance operations. As the firm’s first point of contact, it is my responsibility to ensure that each individual receives the assistance required by their unique situation. As many of our clients are going through a stressful time in their lives, I strive to be attentive to their requests, while making the legal process as smooth as possible.
As I move forward in my career, I hope to continue ensuring that clients are being offered exceptional service. It is rewarding to know that I have made a positive contribution to their experience.
“I strive to be an attentive listener to our clients and their specific needs. It is so rewarding to know I’ve made a positive contribution to the client experience during such a stressful time in our clients lives.”
