After graduating from the Niagara College Law Clerk program in 2008, I started working full time for a family law lawyer at a prominent law firm in Niagara Falls before moving to Toronto in 2010. I soon learned that this was the area of law I was the most passionate about and the best fit for me overall. My positive attitude and empathetic nature assists clients in navigating through the emotional family law process. As such, I have worked exclusively in the area of family law from the outset of my career as a law clerk. I am dedicated to my clients and always have their well-being and best interests at heart. I pride myself in fostering trusting relationships with all of my clients and co-workers.
Being a multi-tasker with a strong work ethic, I balance work from a diverse group of lawyers and manage whatever is given to me with assurance. I have extensive experience in the financial areas of family law and regularly assist my colleagues with complex financial disclosure and all the issues arising from it.
While working full time, I continued my education at George Brown College in the Paralegal Certificate Program to further my knowledge in law. Upon graduating with honours from that program, I obtained my P1 Paralegal Licence from the Law Society of Upper Canada in December 2016. This designation sets me apart from other Law Clerks as it has made me a more well-rounded professional.
With a few marathons under my belt, I spend my free time living an active style and travelling the world with my husband, family and friends.
Working with Tyler was great, he and Ashley were very knowledgeable about my situation and did not waste any time while they were helping me. I would highly recommend Stanchieri Family Law.
I highly recommend Stanchieri Family Law. In fact, it was the best decision I made when choosing my legal representation for what turned out to be the two most difficult years of my life. I am forever grateful to Adrienne Lee, Ashley Kennedy, and Katelynn Schoop for their dedication and support they provided me during my separation and divorce. We were successful in achieving all our goals in a timely manner and it was a result of their hard work, passion, and persistence. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart.
I was represented by Julie Stanchieri during my recent separation and divorce and could not have been more pleased with the outcomes. Julie and her team which included Ashley and Katelynn handled every detail and concern with a high level of care and expertise. Everyone at the firm is extremely professional and efficient as well as a pleasure to deal with. Going through a divorce is a highly emotional event in one’s life and Julie and her team approached everything with compassion and understanding. Her diligence and attention to detail ensured that my settlement was fair and protected my best interests.
Without hesitation I would highly recommend Julie and the entire team of professionals at Stanchieri Family Law!
It was a great and painless experience dealing with Stanchieri Family Law during my divorce. They were extremely professional and very patient with our family issues. A special thanks to my team, Christine, Ashley and Krystal.
Julie represented me with my Family Law case. My particular file was very much financial based involving complicated valuation issues. I was extremely impressed with Julie’s mastery of the valuation issues. It was evident to me that she has a particular aptitude for financial cases involving complex valuation issues, including forensic accounting and other related areas of expertise. Her depth of knowledge was quite apparent at trial with her questions and follow through questions in chief and particularly on cross-examination. If you retain Julie, you will find her to be honest, extremely hard-working, and a genuine advocate on your behalf. In addition, her legal support staff are outstanding people that share Julie’s view on a client centric practice.
The most rewarding part of my job is ensuring each and every client received what they are entitled to and most importantly, ensuring all matters dealt with are in the best interests of the children.
