I have been working in administrative roles since 2010 and through this experience, had the opportunity to meet and work with a variety of individuals while learning about a multitude of industries. I’m currently responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at the firm and supporting our clients and staff with various administrative needs. My focus is to keep the office running smoothly, so that we can continue to deliver high quality client service.
I graduated with an Honours Bachelor’s degree from McMaster University in 2016 and knew I had a passion for client services. Helping others and knowing my work has made a positive impact has always been rewarding for me. I wanted a career that would allow me to utilize the skills I had acquired throughout my academic and professional life. More importantly, I wanted to continuously be challenged and work in an environment in which no two days would be alike.
My role at the firm allows me to be versatile and contribute to different areas of the business. I work with management on tasks and projects related to marketing, human resources, finance, and administration with the main goal being: how can I make the legal process easier for our clients? I understand that for many people contacting the firm, this is their first experience with the legal system. Being the first point of contact, I work hard to be an effective listener and to actively understand and fulfill your needs as an individual. I am compassionate to the fact that our clients are experiencing a highly emotional and difficult time in their life. My focus is to remove any intimidation or stress that stems from the legal process and to do so in a way that provides a seamless experience, from start to finish.
As I continue to grow in my career, my primary focus will always be the client experience. I thrive on responsibility and trust and feel gratified when people seek my expertise and assistance. Interacting with our clients is the most rewarding part of my job and I’m most satisfied when I know I’ve made the legal process easier for them.
Look no further, you found your lawyer right here! I needed a specific kind of a lawyer to handle my motion which was served to me by my personality disordered, crooked ex spouse. I was reluctant to write that but lets face it, that is what most of us are dealing with in allot of these cases. Someone trying to negate their child support obligations while using all sorts of tactics to hide income and play the victim! I described what I was looking for in a lawyer to Ashley who was then the Receptionist (now Office Manager) at Stanchieri Law and she referred me to Katelynn Schoop. After the initial consultation I was so relieved as I knew that I was in good hands, and my intuition was on point because I could not be happier with the outcome on my case. I had phone interviews with lawyers at other firms prior to hiring Stanchieri and I was feeling quite lost and defeated so don’t even waste your time like I did. Give Stanchieri Law a call and I am certain you will not regret that you did. Katelynn was easy to communicate with and beyond knowledgeable and professional in every sense of the word. Not only that, but she is great person and I enjoyed working with her through a time that quite stressful and difficult. I am hoping that my days in family court are behind me, but if by chance they are not I am please that I have both Katelynn and Stanchieri Law to turn to. I can’t thank you enough and I am eternally grateful.
Julie is honest, reasonable and sensible. She will give you the best advice. Although lawyers are expensive, she will try her best to save you some costs. I have gone through probably one of the nastiest divorces and it still trickles along, she has been supportive to the best of her abilities. And she is persuasive. Her staff is very nice and prompt.
Interacting with our clients is the most rewarding part of my job. I’m most satisfied when I know I’ve made the legal process easier for them.
