Erin Simpson
Family Lawyer

Erin Simpson has been practicing exclusively in family law since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2007. Ms. Simpson has represented numerous clients in case conferences, settlement conferences, and contested motions and successfully completed a trial in a child protection matter in the Superior Court of Justice Family Branch.

Prior to joining Stanchieri Family Law, Ms. Simpson was a family lawyer at a Newmarket family law firm while concurrently acting as Duty Counsel in the Newmarket Family Courts. Most recently, Ms. Simpson was a family lawyer at a prominent Toronto family law firm.

Ms. Simpson received her B.A. (Honours) in Psychology from York University as well as her L.L.B from the University of Windsor Law School. Ms. Simpson was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007 and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates' Society.
