Julie Stanchieri Family Lawyer
Julie has been practising law since 2002, and has extensive experience with mediation, arbitration, and litigation. She primarily represents clients who have highly complex legal needs related to their marriage, divorce or separation.
She is best known for her ability to reach positive outcomes in the most efficient way possible by tailoring her approach to a client’s unique situation. No two cases are the same in family law, which is why she’s been successful litigating vigorously in court, and mediating amicable resolutions out of court. Either way, she evaluates the pros and cons with her clients to help them make decisions that will be most favorable to their unique situation.
Julie started Stanchieri Family Law because she saw an opportunity to improve the way law firms work with clients. She found that keeping the client at the center of the entire process often creates desirable outcomes while minimizing unnecessary emotional and financial stress. It’s for this reason she created a client-centered culture that is driven by a team of legal professionals who all embrace her philosophy.
When she’s not advocating for clients, you can find Julie negotiating amicable solutions with her husband and two children at home. She loves travelling, reading, fitness, yoga, and enjoys promoting healthy lifestyle choices at home.
We have the privilege of making positive changes in people’s lives, and it’s very rewarding when we hear from former clients who have successfully moved-on to happier lives. Each time we hear these stories, we are reminded of what drives us to practice family law.
