ABOUT YOUR BACKGROUND
- Minimum 2 years experience practicing exclusively in family law
- Exceptional negotiation, litigation and people skills
- Strong desire to be part of a forward-thinking team environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, DIVORCEmate, and PC Law
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
- Advise new and existing clients with respect to their legal rights and options within a wide range of family law areas including divorce, separation, support, custody/access, division of property and domestic contracts
- Lead and manage client cases from start to finish, including representing them in and/or out of court in negotiation, mediation and arbitration
- Support senior lawyers by drafting and researching materials for large complex cases
