Legal Consultation Rates
This initial legal consultation fee is $300, which is required for all new clients. It includes a one hour meeting with an experienced family lawyer as well as a written assessment outlining the estimated costs, legal rights, and recommended legal strategy for your unique family law matter.
We take the initial legal consultation very seriously because it’s one of the most important parts of the family law process (for you personally and legally). We want to make sure we cover every detail in order to give you the best possible legal advice. The $300 investment is definitely worth it, especially given the whole package is worth $650 at our standard rates.
People who haven’t retained a family lawyer yet, but need specific family law legal advice and/or need a better idea on the potential costs.
Hourly Rates
The hourly rates of our family lawyers range from $295 to $385 per hour. An initial deposit of $3,000 to $5,000 is required to get started with your legal matter (due after the initial legal consultation and upon signing our retainer agreement). Additional funds may be required throughout the process for more contested and complex family matters.
