To get started with the process, all new clients need to book a consultation with one of our lawyers. The duration of the meeting is 30 minutes and the fee ranges from $200 to $375 CAD (+ tax) depending on the lawyer’s experience. The purpose of the consultation is to help you evaluate the overall fit with your lawyer, learn about the various legal methods available to you, and get a general idea about the estimated time and fees needed to resolve your legal issues. There is no obligation to retain our firm after the consultation, but we can move quickly with next steps if/when you’re ready to move forward with our firm.

You will be connected with our Client Service Manager who will assist you with the booking process. We will need to complete a conflict check and gather some basic information to ensure our firm is the right fit for your situation. Once complete, you will be able to book a consultation with your preferred lawyer (or the most suitable lawyer for your situation).
Our initial legal consultations are done over the phone on a secure and private line. We can also accommodate in person (at our office) or virtual (via Zoom) upon request. Please contact us for more details.
