For the past 8 years, my solution-oriented nature and attention to detail has proven a strong asset when working with clients. As the Client Service Manager at SFL, I strive to be a compassionate and empathetic listener and to ensure your experience at SFL is a smooth one. We work together to not only meet your expectations, but to exceed them.

Graduating from George Brown College with a diploma in Health Science and Hospitality, I am proud to always deliver high quality client service. I have always had a passion for clients, as all my past experiences have been public facing. Helping others has always been my greatest motivation in any situation.

Outside of work I enjoy caring for my pets and brainstorming new chocolate recipes. My love of chocolate has persisted my whole life and so it followed that I would go on to obtain my professional chocolatier certificate at George Brown College. Besides, when going through an emotional time, some quality chocolate always helps.
